All my Detailed Home Inspection Reports are prepared on the HOMEGUAGE computerized system which gives complete details of my findings and also recommendations for items that will save you money on maintaining the house.
My completed reports are E-Mailed to you within 24 hours after the inspection. After receiving my report I will explain any items in the report. |

All my inspections include FREE non-destructive Moisture readings on exterior walls (finds moisture trapped behind exterior walls which could cause future problems). FREE visual Mold inspection, Testing of tap water in house. Infrared readings on electrical service panels (temperature readings of breaker connections to find possible shorts). Additional services include radon testing, lab testing of water, and air or swab testing for mold. |
